- T-shirts (International): 10–20 business days
- Printed Softcover Booklets: 7–10 business days after approval
- Premium Hardcover Booklets: 10–14 business days after approval
- Digital PDF Booklets: Delivered to your inbox — no shipping required!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

- We send you a preview for your approval within 3 business days
- Upon approval, your booklet is delivered digitally or printed and shipped
How many photos can I include?
You may include up to 10 photos in your booklet.
How long does it take to receive my booklet?
- Digital PDF: Delivered to your inbox within 5–7 business days of approval
- Printed Softcover: Shipped within 7–10 business days of approval
- Premium Hardcover: Shipped within 10–14 business days of approval
Can I make changes after submitting the questionnaire?
Yes! Each booklet includes one complimentary revision. We'll send you a preview before printing so you can request any changes.
What if I can't find my pet's breed on the t-shirt?
We'd love to create one for you! Email us at hello@fancypettails.com and we'll get it added.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because our booklets are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us at hello@fancypettails.com and we will make it right.
What if my t-shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at hello@fancypettails.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge.
